MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 852, August 18, 2014 ] DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, Wednesday, 17 September 2014, marks the 399th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 17 September 2014, as a special non-working day. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
