DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of the 290 th patronal feast to be known as Pavvurulun Festival 2014? on Friday, 15 August 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 15 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.ℒαwρhi৷
