RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN BARANGAY ATBU, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. FE, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON AS THE SITE OF THE ATBU ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, lease or settlement and reserve as the site of ATBU ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, under the administration of the Department of Education (DepEd), a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Atbu, Municipality of Sta. Fe, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any, and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 37, CAD-768-D), with urban code 13118 situated at Atbu, Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE, along line 1-2 by Lot No. 36; on the SW, along lines 2-3-4-5 by Lot No. 40; on the NW., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot No. 39; on the NE., along line 7-8 by Lot No. 36; and on the SE., along line 8-1 by Lot No. 36, all of Cad-768-D.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 34 deg 11'E., 3,316.05 m. from BLLM No. 1, CAD-768-D, thence:

beginning: containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (15,180) square meters, more or less. All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are on the ground by PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. in diameter. Bearings Grid. The survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Tiburcio Ramos on May 19 to June 3, 1982 and was approved on March 23, 1983.
The area covered by the Proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision, and control of the DepEd which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.
The tract of land shall automatically revert to the mass of the public domain should the same no longer serve the purposes for which it was reserved.
This proclamation is subject to the minimum road right-of-way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to existing laws, rules and regulations.ℒαwρhi৷
