MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 746, March 25, 2014 ] DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte marks the celebration of its creation to be known as the�鄭raw ng Sto. Tomas箱on Thursday, 14 August 2014; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 14 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto.
