DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 MARCH 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CANLAON, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Canlaon marks the celebration of the “Pasayaw Festival” on Wednesday, 19 March 2014;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Canlaon participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlungsod requested that Wednesday, 19 March 2014, be declared a special non-working holiday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Canlaon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 March 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Canlaon.ℒαwρhi৷
