MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 706, January 13, 2014 ] DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 3 rd Melting Pot Festival on Monday, 20 January 2014, with the theme “Sigla sa Pagkakaisa;” WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
