MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 703, January 08, 2014 ] DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS WHEREAS, the City of Batangas marks the feast day of its patron saint, Sto. Niño on Thursday, 16 January 2014, as well as the holding of a Tourism and Cultural Day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
