MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 678, November 06, 2013 ] DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 12 November 2013 the City of Valenzuela marks the celebration of the�鄭raw ng Valenzuela箱in observance of its 390 th Foundation Day anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
