DECLARING THURSDAY, 31 OCTOBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PORAC, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 31 October 2013, the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga marks the celebration of its 419th Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 31 October 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Porac, Pampanga.
