DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, the Province of Benguet will celebrate its Foundation Day anniversary on Saturday, 23 November 2013;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Benguet to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Governor requested that Friday, 22 November 2013 be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 22 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.1aшphi1
