DECLARING THURSDAY, 7 NOVEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 7 November 2013, marks the 136 th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 7 November 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.ℒαwρhi৷
