MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 650-A, September 12, 2013 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 650 DATED 04 SEPTEMBER 2013 BY DECLARING MONDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2013 INSTEAD OF TUESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE WHEREAS, Monday, 16, September 2013, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province; WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 650 dated 04 September 2013 declared Tuesday, 17 September 2013 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province; WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requested that 16 September 2013 instead of 17 September 2013 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 650 dated 04 September 2013 and declare Monday, 16 September 2013 instead of Tuesday, 17 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.ℒαwρhi৷ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
