DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 MAY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas, marks the celebration of “Sublian Festival” on Friday, 3 May 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 3 May 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.ℒαwρhi৷
