DECLARING TUESDAY, 7 MAY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the commemoration of its 73 rd Charter Day anniversary on Tuesday, 7 May 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celeb-ate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 7 May 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.ℒαwρhi৷
