CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING, LOCATED AT 120 JUAN LUNA STREET, BINONDO, CITY OF MANILA,
AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER. PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT No. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT No. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 00-411 (s. 2000) and 10-512 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, an existing building known as Juan Luna Building, which stands on a parcel of land located at 120 Juan Luna Street, Binondo, City of Manila, containing an area of Two Thousand One Hundred Eighteen Square Meters and Forty Square Decimeters (2,118.40), more or less, as an Information Technology Center. The land is more particularly defined by the following technical description:
