DECLARING MONDAY, 21 JANUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian marks the celebration of the "Pasalamat Festival 2013" on January 10-21, 2013;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 2l January 2013 be declared as a special (non-working) day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 21 January 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.1aшphi1
