DECLARING SATURDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections will conduct the plebiscite on Saturday, 1 December 2012, to ratify the conversion of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, from a component city into a highly urbanized city;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cabanatuan the opportunity to actively and fully participate in the event, it is but fitting and proper to declare 1 December 2012 as a special non-working day.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, III, do hereby declare Saturday, 1 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
