DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF RECLAIMED LAND AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF PHILIPPINE RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (PRA), SITUATED IN BARANGAYS III AND IV, CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, III, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare as alienable and disposable (A & D) land and grant ownership thereof in favor of Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), a certain parcel of reclaimed land of the public domain situated in Barangays III and IV, City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros, and more particularly described as follows:

Elmo Talabon, Jr. Geodetic Engineer under the supervision of Engr. Emanuel Tipgos on May 26-30, 2003 and approved on 06 August 2003.

NOTE: Public Easement (20.00 m. wide) along lines 45-46-47-48-49 is reserved.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act (CA) No. 141, or the Public Land Act, shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of the Act or by proclamation by the President.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of PRA.ℒαwρhi৷

The PRA shall reimburse to the National Government through the DENR the value of the land after titling thereof in the name of PRA.
