MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 428, July 10, 2012 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 AUGUST 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Friday, 10 August 2012, marks the commemoration of Lorenzo Tañada, Sr. Day of the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷ NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
