DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 FEBRUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna marks the celebration of the “Sampaguita Festival” on Tuesday, 21 February 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper hat the people of the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 February 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
