DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian will celebrate its annual city fiesta clubbed as “Pasalamat Festival” on January 7 to 16, 2012;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 16 January 2012 be declared as special (non-working) day.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, III, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
