DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN

WHEREAS, Friday, February 18, 2011 marks the Tawo-Tawo Festival of the City of Bayawan;

WHEREAS, the Tawo-Tawo Festival reflects the culture of Bayawan City being a rice granary of the southern part of the Province of Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with the appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency , BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, February 18, 2011, as a special 9non-working) day in the City of Bayawan.
