DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Friday, February 11, 2011, the City of Iriga marks the celebration of the Tinagba Festival and the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Iriga full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 11, 2011 as special non-working day.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, February 11, 2011 as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
