AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 731 DATED JUNE 24, 1941, WHICH RESERVED FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES, SEVEN (7) PARCELS OF LAND IN AMMANCIAN, ACIGA, DUGPA, TAGA, TAPPO AND LIMOS, ALL IN PINUKPUK, KALINGA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, BY DECLARING A PORTION THEREOF AS SCHOOL SITES FOR LIMOS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND LIMOS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, SITUATED IN BARANGAY LIMOS, MUNICIPALITY OF PINUKPUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 731 dated June 24, 1941, by excluding a portion thereof as school sites for Limos Elementary School and Limos National High School and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines — Department of Education (RP-DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, and further authorizing the issuance of a Special Patent covering the land which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND of plan PSU-105606, situated in Barrio of Limos, Municipal District of Pinukpuk, Mt. Province ( Sub-Province of Kalinga), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., NE., SE., SW., and W., by public land.
Beginning from a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 17 deg. 144E., 4356.70 m., more or less, from B.L. Triangulation Station Maybinulong, Municipal District of Balbalan, thence;

All points referred to are indicated on plan are marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 by stones marked P.L.S. 40x40x100 cm; point 10 by stone marked “X” 40x40x100 cm. Bearing true. Declination 0-19'E. Date of survey on June 4, 1938 executed by Private Land Surveyor A. Tañedo and was approved on November 21, 1938.
The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue Special Patent in favor of the Republic of the Philippines —Department of Education.
This proclamation is subject to the condition of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) that a 10.00 meter road-right-of-way traversing said school site be segregated to comply with the mandatory provisions as called for under E.O. No. 113, series of 1995.
