DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 20, 2011, marks the celebration of the feast day of St. Sebastian, the patron saint of the City of Lipa;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, January 20, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
