DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, January 14-22, 2011 , marks the celebration of the Tarlac City Festival, with the theme “Tubo ng Tarlac, Tubong Tarlac”;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of Tarlac City the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor requested that January 20, 2011, be declared as special non-working day.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, January 20, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
