DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 17, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PAGADIAN CITY

WHEREAS, thhe City of Pagadian celebrated its annual fiesta on January 8-17, 2011 dubbed as the “Pasalamat Festival 2011” ;

WHEREAS, the Office of the City Mayor requested that Monday, January 17, 2011 be declared as special non-working day in the City of Pagadian;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian, be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, January 17, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
