DECLARING FRIDAY, 2 DECEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASAY

WHEREAS, the City of Pasay marks its 148th Foundation Day anniversary on Friday, 2 December 2011;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pasay be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N, OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 2 December 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pasay.
