DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the Higantes Festival and the feast day of its patron saint, St. Clement on November 22 to 23, 2011;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 23 November 2011 be declared as a special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
