DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks its 430th Foundation Day anniversary on Thursday, 8 December 2011;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
