RESERVING PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS HEADQUARTERS/OFFICE SITE IN FAVOR OF THE PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD, DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF ILOILO, SITUATED IN PORT AREA ILOILO CITY, ISLAND OF PANAY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 88 Series of 1913, and reserve and withdraw from any sale or any form of disposition or settlement, certain parcels of land as Headquarters/Office Site of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the City Government of Iloilo, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, situated in Port Area, Iloilo City, Island of Panay, and more particularly described as follows:
