RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND UNDERLYING THE NAGA THERMAL POWER PLANT AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION (NPC), SITUATED IN BARANGAY COLON, CITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any sale or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve certain parcels of land underlying the Naga Thermal Power Plant and granting ownership thereof in favor of the National Power Corporation (NPC), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows:
