DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA

WHEREAS, April 21, 2011 , marks the 10 th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Calamba;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Calamba to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor of the said City requested that Wednesday, April 27, 2011, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of April 21, 2011, which falls on a Maundy Thursday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 27, 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba.
