DECLARING TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAMBANG, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, April 5, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan.
