RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS OFFICE SITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR), REGIONAL OFFICE NO. 1, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SEVILLA, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (RP-DENR)
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law , I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, lease or settlement and reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain as Regional Office Site for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (RP-DENR), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND ( Lot 26699-F, Csd-01-011164-D, being a portion of Lot 26699 and identical to Lot 51969, Cad. 539-D, San Fernando Cadastre) situated in Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SE and S., along lines 6-1-2 by Lot 3148, Diana Flores, Cad. 539-D, San Fernando Cadastre ; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot (10.00 m. wide); on the NW. and N., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 26699-E (Road Lot, 10.00 m. wide) of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 3151, Catalina Gurtina, Cad. 539-D, San Fernando Cadastre.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of RP-DENR.
