DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MLANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, December 3, 2010 , marks the 58th Thanksgiving Day dubbed as the “Kawayan Festival” of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, Kawayanan Festival derives its name from the abundance of bamboo in the municipality;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, December 3, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
