DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 1, 2010, marks the 439th Foundation Day anniversary of the    Municipality of Cainta & the celebration of its own fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 1, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
