DECLARING SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Saturday, November 13, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, do hereby declare November 13, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
