DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, DAVAO DEL SUR
WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 5, 2010 marks the celebration of “Araw ng Sta. Cruz” in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur;
WHEREAS, in order to give the constituents of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare October 5, 2010 as special non-working day;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 5, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
