DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 29, 2010, marks the 260 th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 29, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.ᇈWᑭHIL
