MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 28, September 6, 2010 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2010 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, Friday, September 17, 2010, marks the 395th Foundation Day Anniversary of the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 17, 2010 as a special non-working day ; NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, September 17, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Baños, province of Laguna.
