DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2010 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, April 21, 2010, marks the 9th year anniversary of the City of Calamba;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 21, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
