MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1872, September 2, 2009 ] DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, Thursday, September 17, 2009, marks the 393rd Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna; WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting to declare September 17, 2009 as special non-working day. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
