DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MLANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, August 3 & 4, 2009, marks the 58th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GABRIEL S. CLAUDIO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, August 3, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato.1aшphi1
