MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1745, March 20, 2009 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAS PIÑAS WHEREAS, Friday, March 27, 2009, marks the Foundation Day anniversary and the 12th year of cityhood of the City of Las Piñas; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Las Piñas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, March 27, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the City of Las Piñas.
