DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 11, 2009, the City of Iriga marks the celebration of Tinagba Festival and the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 11, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
