DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2009, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 11, 2009, marks the 11th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Talisay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 11, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
