DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Saturday, January 31, 2009, the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon marks the observance of Public Servants' Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, January 31, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
