DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Monday, January 26, 2009, the City of Cadiz marks the celebration of the feast of its patron saint, Santo Niño de Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 26, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
