DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac celebrates the 7th Malatarlak Festival on January 9-20, 2009;

WHEREAS, the Office of the City Mayor requested that Tuesday, January 20, 2009, be declared as special non-working day in the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 20, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
